Community

There’s a strong community focus at Castle Keep and in the town of Framlingham itself. With a number of regular and one-off events, thriving local businesses, and a traditional English market held every Tuesday and Saturday on Market Hill, it’s easy to show your support locally. Framlingham Sports Club organises a range of sports in the town including football, cycling and running, but there is much more to get involved in too. With various other groups, societies and activities such as scouts, Film@Fram and the Art Society, there really is something for everyone.

Design

The homes on the development have been thoughtfully designed with a mixture of red and grey brick and white render. Only Silk Grey and Anthracite Grey door and window colours can be found on the development too. The edge of Castle Keep is defined by existing mature hedgerows and trees and the attenuation basins provide an important habitat for a variety of wildlife.

Green spaces

Castle Keep is surrounded by open arable fields and countryside, criss-crossed with footpaths ideal for dog walkers, runners and ramblers. The play park on the development offers a natural meeting point and a safe space for children to enjoy the outdoors.
