Sandbach is the town of choice for thousands of people who work in the conurbations around Stoke, Manchester and Liverpool.  But you can also stay here to shop thanks to its compact but comprehensive shopping area, and make sure you don’t miss the Sandbach Flashes, a series of pools that are a local haven for wildlife.

In the heart of the town, the RUFC offers more than just an excellent rugby team, with great sporting facilities, a public gym - it is active in engaging schoolchildren of all ages in the game.  Equally, the Sandbach Community football Centre offers a selection of pitches, both grass and 4G and is often the location of local Cheshire-wide tournaments.  Like the Rugby Club, youth engagement is a key strategy for the Centre.  Not to be outdone, Sandbach Boys School reflects the town's sporting prowess, offering hockey pitches that help to make a number of local teams the feeder teams for some of our national champions!

Set in a countryside rural location, Albion Lock has a selection of 2, 3, & 4 bedroom homes including mews, semi-detached and detached styles, as well as 2 bedroom apartment blocks. The development has 2 character zones including the ‘Booth Lane Zone’, which runs along the perimeter of Booth Lane and ‘The Lanes’ zone which sits in the heart of the development. There are also ‘Heritage Feature’ Plots, which are thoughtfully positioned on prominent vistas and corner turners within the site.

The materials used on the development are thoughtfully deigned to be in keeping with the idyllic canal side location using a mixture of Alderley Orange and Alderley Burgundy bricks and ‘Chalk Colour’ Render. There are also elevational treatments within ‘The Lanes’ character area, such as Smooth Red Sills, Flat Arch Heads and Band course sills, with Smooth Red Verge details, quoins to the ‘Booth Lane’ Character Zone. On the ‘Heritage Feature’ Plots there is Mock Tudor boarding in keeping with the rural setting.
