Our approach to Health & Safety

We have taken a careful approach from the start of the pandemic, with health and safety at the forefront of everything we do.

Your health and safety and that of our employees, subcontractors and suppliers and local communities remains our top priority.

Construction worker on first fix

We have reviewed guidance issued by the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and the Construction Leadership Council to assess each and every aspect of our site activities and to address the changes that need to be made in order to fully comply with the restrictions imposed by social distancing requirements.

Having done so, we are confident that we have a robust set of detailed protocols and revised guidelines which means we can operate safely and comply with strict social distancing requirements now on a sustainable basis for as long as is necessary.

Following the Government’s publication of safe working practices on 11 May 2020, we can confirm our revised processes are ‘COVID-19 Secure’. We have also committed to running our sites in line with the HBF’s 'Charter for Safe Working Practice – COVID-19'. Both documents will be displayed across our developments and offices.
