During these challenging times there may be a few things that affect your customer journey with us. We're here to help make the process as smooth as possible.

We are building on site safely

Taylor Wimpey construction sites are open in line with Government guidance. We will do all we can to progress the build of your home in as normal a way as possible and within the timeframe we give to you.

During periods of lockdown, there may be disruption to other parts of the process which are not within our direct control. We are working with our contractors and suppliers to minimise this and will do our best to help manage that and keep our customers fully updated via our local sales teams.

Following positive feedback on our appointments, we will take this forwards and continue to offer you a dedicated time to visit our show homes.

You'll be able to meet with our Sales Executives and ask questions or progress your home purchase.

Taylor Wimpey remains very much ‘open for business’ through our website, by telephone and via video conference call supported by our dedicated sales executives who remain contactable remotely to support you.

They are available during normal office hours (see local development pages on the website for further details) and are well prepared to handle everything from first enquiry to reserving your new home.
